About the Event
The Lake Victoria Annual Run 2026 is part of the 90 Days of Action Plan to Save Lake Victoria, which will culminate in the Save Lake Victoria Marathon on 7th November 2026 in Jinja, Uganda.
This initiative brings together youth, communities, and partners to advocate for the protection and restoration of Lake Victoria – a vital ecosystem and source of livelihood for millions across East Africa.
