Approved Payment Methods
According to the NTSA notice, motorists can pay their fines through the following approved channels:

| 🏪 Through an Agent | Deposit cash (not M-PESA) with a KCB Mtaani agent who will deposit it into the official account |
Important: No M-PESA Payments Accepted
⚠️ NO M-PESA PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED
The NTSA has explicitly stated that motorists should not send money via M-PESA to any individual for fine payments. Payments made through unofficial channels will not be recorded.
