A Message from the Dala Afro-Latin Festival Team
The Dala Afro-Latin Festival team joins the nation and the people of Kisumu in mourning the passing of H.E. Raila Amollo Odinga.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and all Kenyans whose lives he touched. His legacy of unity, resilience, and cultural pride continues to inspire us.
During this period of national mourning, our thoughts are with every Kenyan reflecting on his remarkable journey and contributions to our country.
As a mark of respect and to allow our community to honour the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister, the concert segment of the Dala Afro-Latin Festival, scheduled for 19th October 2025, will not take place.
A new date for the concert will be communicated in due course. Thank you for your understanding.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
— Dala Afro-Latin Festival Team
