LARWHER invites you to a safe and supportive Mental Health Check-In at their “Soul Space” Wellness Hub. This is a dedicated space to unwind, share, and begin the journey of bringing back your spark. Hosted by Mary Jones, this session is designed to offer comfort, connection, and coping strategies in a confidential and nurturing environment.
